Western Uplands Trail

Over the Labour Day weekend I hiked part of Algonquin Provincial Park’s Western Uplands Trail to Maple Leaf Lake and Maggie Lake.

The weather cooperated, the temperatures stayed cool, and the scenery was beautiful. A great end to the summer.

Algonquin, Rock Lake

Spent a weekend at the Rock Lake campground in Algonquin with the school’s outdoors club.

Besides one rainy day, it was a great weekend to get out and explore a beautiful area with students who are passionate about the outdoors.
