Sebringville Northern Lights

Managed to catch the Northern Lights outside of Sebringville.

Bright enough to see with the naked eye, late enough at night that a police officer stopped to see what I was doing standing on a gravel road at 11:30.

Little Blackstone Lake

A couple buddies and I decided to canoe into Little Blackstone Lake at The Massassauga Provincial Park. Accessible only after a 800m portage, the lake is quiet and fairly isolated.

We got lucky on the first night with the Milky Way, clear skies, and the Northern Lights. It was my first time seeing them and the dark skies over Georgian Bay were perfect for it!

Star Photos and Drive

Decided to drive west of London to take star photos on the first clear night in a while. It ended up being a bit hazy, but I made up for it by taking the scenic route home through Iona Station.
